February Goals

Hey y'all! I have a lot of things planned this month, so I thought I would share them with you. First off I really want to share some of my goals for this month. I really want to try to drink only water the rest of this month (I accidentally broke this twice with tea forgetting it was February already) and keep my body hydrated. Also, I want to eat at least two salads this month. I know what you are thinking...wow only two? Believe me that's impressive for me. I have really only eaten chicken for most of my life and I am trying to branch out. I can explain that more later if y'all would like. I would really like to also lose around three pounds this month and tone my body. I have been doing some exercises and workouts recently to help with this. For the more fun part of this month I would also like to go to the movies more and have a few ice cream dates.
