My Workout Routine

Hey y'all! Recently I have been super into my fitness. I have been working out regularly and drinking lots of water. I mean like lots of water! Sometimes it feels like I am going to drink up the whole ocean. Anyways I thought I would share with y'all some of the things I have been doing lately and what I wear while doing it. First I like to start off with a good run or walk and if I don't have time or are not up for it I will go straight to yoga. When I run I like to use my Samsung Health app that is on my phone to track my distance, pace, and time. It is a great way to stay motivated to keep going because it will give you achievements on you bromen records or new distances. I also like to listen to music while doing this or have a friend with me. After I am through with my walk I like to go into my yoga. I have only been doing this for a couple of days but I enjoy it alot. I use the app Down Dog to help with my yoga skills. It is a great way for beginner's and you are able to save your workouts. There is a instructor and a video to follow along with. I also recently purchased my tiffany blue yoga mat at target for $12 on sale! I love it so much. It is called a SELF MAT and comes with a carrying strap. Once I am done with that I like to go into my abs workout. I do everthing in sets of 8 since I have done dance almost my whole life thats how I like to count it. First I start with a normal feet on the ground crunch. Then I raise them to a chair position. After that 8 count I lift my feet in the air for and 8 count then bring one foot down for a set and then switch and bring the other down. After that I do another normal set of 8 with my feet on the ground. Once I am done with that I do abot 10-15 scissors with legs and leg lift. Now that I have moved onto my legs I start to group things in 20's. I start with high knees. After that I go in what I like to call a donkee lunge. It starts with a high knee then kicks back into a lunge switching legs each time. Then I do another set of high knees then hip high kicks the high knees again. Once I am done with that I do some butt kicks, sideways high knees, and hugh knees body twists. After I am all done I like to lay on my yoga mat and stretch or sit in stradle to keep my legs warm. Okay now that I am done telling yall my routine how about my athleisure. I like to wear lululemon leggings or some athletic leggings from costco...I know that sounds crazy but they really are nice. I like to pair it with a supporting sports bra. I have this one I recently got from kroger (I KNOW CRAZY RIGHT) that is like a sports bra mixed with a halter top and its like a army green color. I love it so much! For my shoes I wear my black nike flex TR 5's that I have had for a few years. They are very comfortable and cute. Here is are some examples of what I wear especially in public or when its cold.
